Mission

It is the mission of Early Intervention and Consultation Services, LLC to advocate and support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and delays in such a way to empower them to develop the skills and knowledge needed to have a rich and fulfilling life.  Early Intervention and Consultation Services, LLC will work “with each individual and family to enable them to have endless opportunities to learn and grow.  Early Intervention and Consultation Services, LLC will strive to ensure educational and community inclusion, family supports and personal goals.

Vision

We believe that all children and individuals are valuable integral members of a community.  We believe all children and individuals can learn and grow in a safe and nurturing environment.  We believe in the power of the family and that families provide powerful influence in the child’s development.  We believe that each personal interaction with a child and individual is a learning experience for children, therapists, parents and caregivers alike.  Each child and individual should be given the support needed to actualize their personal goals.  We believe children and individuals with disabilities learn best from others.  We believe in providing opportunities for children and individuals with disabilities to participate in successful activities that promote optimal growth and development.

Our Core Beliefs

We value ALL children and individuals and their families and caregivers.  We are committed to providing the highest quality therapeutic experience.  We value the parent/family – they know their child and individuals the best and are an integral part of a therapy plan.  We strive to strengthen families of children and individuals with disabilities.  We understand the hardship a disability can be and seek first to aid the family in their journey.  We value our staff.  Everyone is dedicated to the children and individuals, the environment and the mission of EICS.

Joint Commission
Accreditation

EICS has earned the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval.
