Meet the Owner
Robin Lashley
Robin Lashley is a Marriage and Family Therapist, an Early Interventionist, and the Executive Director of EICS. Robin has worked with children, teens and families since 1990. It has always been Robin’s dream to have clinics in areas of Kentucky that are underserved. Robin has always lived and worked in rural Kentucky and knows the hardship families face trying to find services for their children.
Robin started EICS in 2010 so that infants, toddlers, children, teens, young adults and families could get the services they need. Robin has experience working with different disciplines of therapists and being part of a team. Part of Robin’s dream was to ensure that EICS has teams of therapists to work with the clients if they need that assistance. Robin is also a parent and wanted to make therapy services are as streamlined for parents as possible. Robin knows the transition issues that face many clients and wanted a variety of services at each location in order to ease the anxiety of transition. Robin has experience working with a variety of children with needs ranging from cognitive, behavioral, sensory, speech, feeding, motor and medical.
EICS is growing and is impacting so many. It is such a blessing to be a part of watching miracles happen each day with the clients and families we serve.
